Pat and I went to Tampa FL for an RV Show and spent 3 nights in Tampa. We probably walked 5 or more miles at the show.

However the highlight of our quick getaway was our visit to BIG CAT RESCUE on Friday morning. BCR is my favorite charity and it was a joy to finally see it in person.  Howard gave us a personal tour, in the rain which didn't seem to bother the cats. They have large cats that people get as cubs, not realizing the cute cub will become a full grown Tiger, Lion, Cougar, or a smaller Bobcat, Linx, or other small wild animal. They had bought some bobcats from a fur farm to keep them from being killed so some idiotic person could have a fur coat.

What impressed me the most, all the cats knew Howard and would come up to him and greet him with a soft 'chuing' sound meaning hello I like you. One female Cougar said 'Hi'. It sounded just like Hi. She even graced me with a Hi, when I told her how beautiful she was. cheers  We also saw a white Tiger sitting on a wooden perch about 6' high found in all the encloses made to 'fit' the particular cat.

The enclosures were round, some with tunnels to another enclosure for the same species. They also have a HUGE Vacation Enclosure for the big cats, and a smaller one for the smaller Bobcats and those of like size. Each cat gets a 1 or 2 wk, can't remember which, rotating between other cats. All encloses have huge trees, small trees, foliage, fresh running water, and cave like shelters. This is nothing like a zoo. One has to make an appointment to see the cats. Only a few people a day are allowed in and must be accompanied by personnel.

They, unlike most charities, are not looking to expand, but hope one day their will be no need to have to rescue big and small 'wild' cats from horrible circumstances.  They want to educate people about 'wild' cats and why they should not be pets. Most people couldn't afford the food bill. A Tiger needs 60# of fresh meat every day.

We were very impressed and will continue to support them. My husband, always the logical one, God knows I'm not Laughing , looked them up online, and found out they use very little money for employees. Volunteers make up over 90% of staff. Most monies are used for upkeep and care of cats.

They have a web site where you can see the cats.

I'm just hoping that places like this one will survive the upcoming
die-off of 80% of the Earth's human population so the cats will
be able to move back into the wilderness and survive as they
always have

I'm always happy to get reactions like this, because far too many people accuse me
of preaching doom and gloom when I predict the die off of a lot of the Earth's human
population in the near future. As I see things, I'm actually describing salvation and hope
for all living creatures, including humans. And of course I believe that human souls are
naturally immortal and will eventually reincarnate, so physical death, even on a mass
scale, doesn't really frighten me.

RR#5 :

I'm always doubtfull about this prediction because i have no information about it from no sources at all : is it still a contagious illness wich would threaten us ? or is the contagious potential of fun amongs all people previously considering themselves "dead" or "alive" Rolling Eyes ?!

This is a classified project run by spirits from advanced ET civilizations
who don't incarnate on Earth, so the only information about it I can
give you is to repeat the bits and snippets I've been able to channel
over the years. Yes, it's going to be the simultaneous outbreak of
many different contagious diseases all over the world during a short
period of time, but it's expected the that majority of the people living in
the more advanced Western countries will survive. This is really all
I've ever been able to say on this, and there haven't been any updates
of the old information for years. Giving more details would actually be
a step backwards, not forwards.

Hmmm... i don't like that 80 % of Earth individuals passing over exept most of Western individuals is like all the world dying exept the West :

i pay attention to the facts that it's an old, very small and parcelary amount of informations about a sophisticated and constantly evolving project but these informations acually feels like a completely bad news

all forms of terrorism, used by any set of ideology, should in my humble opinion face sophisticated defenses and progressive high quality adaptative defusion / neutralisation

Yet i also understand that i'm young in my present incarnation and that many elders having worked this for many more years want to accelerate Hum advances

I have two candidates. One is the flu epidemic that is getting more and more serious every year. It was already upgraded in the 90's but now it's like a year-round thing - I've had blood clots in my nose now for weeks on end. I got this pneumonia virus in the hospital where my stepmother died a year ago and first time it took me three months to come out of it but it never completely left.

Electricity helps, again Rife technologies will be mostly available in Western countries. Although you can hack these things with a PC and speakers, a professional virus killing regimen will cost you thousands of dollars. Now the war is on Syria, which is full of bio-weapons I'm told. Russians also simply abandoned their Soviet experiments and the labs were cannibalized. The monkeys always died on an island and were filmed but after the fall of the Soviet empire the materials disappeared.

The other thing is the Creutzfeld-Jacobs syndrome. Sadly it has a dormancy period of over 10 years. So if you had a steak ten years ago at a no-name place you can perhaps expect those prions to take over one day...

What does not help these days is that many people - due to sometimes legitimate alternative healing methods - have become immune - not to the viruses but to the IDEA of microbial contamination altogether, at least in this part of the world. They blow their noses then hold your hands and over here even kiss... and they will tell you they don't believe in science... which is pretty narrow-minded IMHO though viruses can be actually fought with inner techniques and homeopathy and visualizations...

Then the third thing is the climate. Who knows exactly why it is changing, partly in a response to human activity (diesel smoke is bad and the recent VW scandal shows it's badder than we thought) but that is far from certain. I'm sitting on a fence on that one as the weather is changing on Mars, the light power of Venus and Jupiter are steadily increasing so who knows?

RB, #8, re: "Hmmm... i don't like that 80 % of Earth individuals

The actual intention is to reduce the physical population
without the total collapse of the present technological
infrastructure. Neither cultures nor individual human souls
are important to this process. The people will eventually
be reborn into an advanced civilization possessihng the
astral technology to allow them to access their personal
akashic record, which will simultaneously allow them to
join in the creatation of whatever cultures they choose
to live in.

re: "all forms of terrorism, used by any set of ideology,

It's important to realize that ALL present earthly
cultures are based on the enforcement of laws using
the threat of force ... which is the uncontrolled
terrorism you're referring to. The mechanisms for
controlling this won't be put in place until the
new civilization is created.

re: "Yet i also understand that i'm young in my present
incarnation and that many elders having worked this for

Yeah, I'm 73, and have been working on this Project
since I was four years old. So there are things I know
that you don't ... but there are just as many that
you know and I don't, simply because you're more in
tune with the cultural evolution that's taking place
in real time.

I'm pretty sure that both of these are in the mix that's being prepared,
as well as lots of things that haven't come to the public's attention yet.

re: "Now the war is on Syria, which is full of bio-weapons I'm told.
Russians also simply abandoned their Soviet experiments and the labs

From what I've been channeling over many years, the actual biological
warfare experimentation that's going to end with the coming depopulation
has always been done so incrementally that it's totally invisible.
In other words, it takes place as part of other medical research projects,
and neither the people who run these institutions or the governments whose
jurisdictions they're located in are aware that it's going on.

re: "What does not help these days is that many people - due to sometimes

This is also true of huge numbers of people here in the USA, but it doesn't
bother me, because I have enough knowledge of the mechanisms involved in
the spread of inectious diseases to realize that none of these precaustions
are of any use anyway. It's all just as useless as advising people to
wash their hands frequently or cover their mouths when they cough or
sneeze. None of this stuff actually protects people from contracting
infectious diseases: it just gives them a false feeling of safety.

re: "Then the third thing is the climate. Who knows exactly why it is

My sources tell me that neither solar events nor earthly climate changes
are going to play any part in the coming depopulation or the founding
of a new civilization.

It's such a terrible expectation that i prefer to act as if this won't happen : if it means that it's a negative effects major natural healing and a qualitative, justice-karmic related operation protecting and saving good Hum groups all over the world, i may understand

I don't call this "uncontrolled terrorism" nor do i expect it to happens after a population reduction : these functions and their evolutive operationality and adaptative response have always existed and are real

There's a social, military and cultural French presence in the United Arab Emirates.

Our French President Nicolas Sarkozy ( Hyper Sir K) has recently discussed his feelings about the Middle Oriental situation and perspectives.

One consideration for a vast population reduction and temporary end to wars
and other major problems would be if we all were to lose the Digital capability in all areas of control and communications..most every electronic devise today contains integrated circuits including ignition systems of most transportation, controls of power plants, railways, airliners etc..(hence a complete stoppage and no delivery of food or anything).
and are digital, it has already been proven and some speculate that an EMP strong enough, emitted from the Sun or other source would (fry them) rendering all digital equipment useless, just think of the worldwide disruption this would cause leading to food riots, starvation, no effective police forces to maintain order and millions starving and dying from disease ridden corpses laying around everywhere.

Anybody think about all the methane gas in the ocean floors waiting to be released?
When that happens, there will be very few, if any, left to worry about what happens next.

When I first put a preliminary verion of the WiH book into limited circulation back in 1986, I got letters similar to this one from quite a number of people, including some who were well-known in the futurist, counterculture, and occult/paranormal communities of the time. My Spirit Guides assured me that the Invisible College had already taken precautions to prevent EMT weapons capable of doing this from being used, though there were obvious security reasons for not describing the details. They are still saying the same things today, which is why I've never done much writing on this subect.
